You will need to enter "la meva UdG" > Staff > Report > Procedures > Exam session cancellations. Once inside, start the procedure for the specific subject you wish to cancel

Enrolment guidelines for bachelor's degree studies, university master's degrees and doctoral degrees

1.10. Cancellation of call

Pursuant to article 3.3 of the academic progress regulations governing official bachelor’s degree studies at the University of Girona, approved by the Board of Trustees in session CU 1/09 of 1 June 2009, and the academic progress regulations governing university master's degree studies at the University of Girona, approved at the plenary session 2/12 of the Board of Trustees held on 27 April 2012, bachelor’s and master's degree students at the UdG may request the cancellation of a subject grade call. The deadlines for requesting the cancellation are established in the academic and administrative calendar of the academic year of each faculty. The application must be submitted online, through the UdG Online Secretary's Office. In terms of grants, the cancellation of a call is equivalent to failing the course.

Article 3. Grade periods and calls

For a grade call not to count, the student can request
the enrolment be cancelled until the date established to this effect in the academic calendar of the University of Girona.

(A student who requests the cancellation of a grade call that is granted, continues to be enrolled in the subject and can continue to attend class, but they will not have the right to take the exam. They will be required to register for this subject in the following academic year, and will need to pay a second enrolment surcharge)
