Round table: Sustainability in the cooking and agrifood sector
Together with the Calonge and Sant Antoni Chair for Gastronomy, Culture and Tourism, we organised a round table on sustainability in the gastronomy and agrifood sector on 2 December. Our guests were:
- Judit Viader, second generation of the family company Frit Ravich
- Sandra Masoliver, from the Masoliver group, a company that imports and distributes food and drink on a national scale
- Lluc Quintana, chef at Can Xapes in Cornellà de Terri and recent winner of the “sustainable cook” award
The event was held in the conference hall in the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Girona.
