Research Group on Ecology of Inland Waters (GRECO) at the Institute of Aquatic Ecology (IEA) at the University of Girona is a large, multi-disciplinary group with long experience in limnological research, especially in three general lines (Ecology and conservation of continental fish, limnology of lagoons and Mediterranean marshes, and river ecology and ecotoxicology).
