Enrolment for a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Tourism

Enrollment calendar for the 2026-27 academic year

The online enrolment programme will open according to the average grade of the record calculated on the 6th of July:

Online enrolment in July:

  • An average ≥ 7.5 and all passed in June:

-

Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations and Dual bachelor's degrees: From the 6th of July at 12 noon until the 24th of July.

  • With average ≥ 7.5 and some subjects not passed: From the 8th of July at 8 am to the 24th of July.
  • With average ≥ 6.5 and all passed in June: From the 13th of July at 8 am to the 24th of July.
  • With an average ≥ 6.5 and some subjects not passed: From the 15th of July at 8 am to the 24th of July.
  • Other students: From the 20th of July at 8 am to the 24th of July.

Other registration dates for students who do not complete self-registration in the assigned period: July 27, 28, 29, and 30.

Last day of self-enrollment for the month of July: Friday, July 24 at 11:59 PM

Enrolment guides can be consulted online from your academic record.

Subject group places will be assigned according to students’ order of enrolment.When the places offered have been filled, enrolment for that subject group will be closed.

After enrolling

Check your enrolment record, as changes can only be made on the same day it is formalised. Save the enrolment record as a PDF or print it out.

After you have enrolled, you will need to provide a personal photograph through the La meva UdG intranet (Staff > Digital Identity), following the instructions provided on the same website.

Please be aware

To continue in the programme, you must pass at least 30 credits in the first two years.

If you do not pass 30 credits in the first year, the following year you will only be able to enrol for the credits not passed.

You will have 3 opportunities, one for each academic year, to sit the exam to pass a course.The qualification of not presented exhausts the call.

In order not to account for the call, the cancellation of the call can be requested until the date established in the academic and administrative calendar (Pending update course 26/27)
