Enrolment for a bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Tourism

Enrolment periods for the academic year 2026-27

The opening of the online enrolment programme is dependent on the average grade of the academic record as calculated on the 6 July:

Online enrolment in July:

  • An average ≥ 7.5 and all passed in June:

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Global Studies:From 6 July at 9 am to 24 July.

                  Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and Dual Qualifications:  From 6 July at 12 noon to 24 July.

  • With an average of ≥ 7.5 and one or more subjects not passed (All courses): from 8 July at 8 am to 24 July.
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and everything passed in June (All courses): from 13 July at 8 am to 24 July.
  • With an average of ≥ 6.5 and one or more subjects not passed (All courses): from 15 July at 8 am to 24 July.
  • Other students (All courses): from 20 July at 8 am to 24 July.

Final day for online enrolment: Friday 24 July at 11:59 pm

Enrolment instructions

Access the online enrolment programfrom La meva UdG and follow the instructions on the different screens.Online enrolment guide

Enrolment guides can be consulted online from your academic record.

Subject group places will be assigned according to students’ order of enrolment.When the places offered have been filled, enrolment for that subject group will be closed.

Before enrolling, you should consult the calendar and subject timetable  for the groups for each subject, to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts between the different subjects.Try to enrol for everything in the same group.

After enrolling

Check your enrolment record, as changes can only be made on the same day it is formalised. Save the enrolment record as a PDF or print it out.

After you have enrolled, you will need to provide a personal photograph through the La meva UdG intranet (Staff > Digital Identity), following the instructions provided on the same website.

Please be aware

To continue in the programme, you must pass at least 30 credits in the first two years.

If you do not pass 30 credits in the first year, the following year you will only be able to enrol for the credits not passed.

You will have 3 opportunities, one for each academic year, to sit the exam to pass a course.An ‘absent’ mark exhausts that opportunity.

You can prevent your exam session from being counted by requesting its cancellation before the date established in the academic and administrative calendar
