The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures.You should contact the Secretary’s Office for general information and other issues such as curricular assessments, certificates, validated credit transfers and adaptations, extraordinary examination sessions, make-up exams, enrolments, academic recognition, degrees, report transfers and applications.Under PROCEDURES you will find considerable information on all these matters and will be able to clear up any queries.

SPACE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

The curriculum coordinator’s office is responsible for supporting curriculum coordinators with managing the subjects’ programmes, setting timetables, calendars and educational programmes, as well as managing the use of the Faculty’s classrooms and spaces.

The Work Placements Office is responsible for providing all the information relating to the subject of work placements.

The main tasks of the work placement officer are to contact companies in order to source work placement opportunities and thus offer students work placements for each academic year, and to coordinate the management of this subject together with the dean or the person to whom she may choose to delegate. 

The quality technician supports the management of the quality assurance processes for official studies within the VSMA framework, and the management of the centre's Improvement Plan and IQAS

The administrator is responsible for the coordination of all staff and services in the study area.

The Faculty is responsible for managing and arranging the curriculum.Management falls to the dean’s office, which runs the Faculty’s educational activities and administrative and budgetary management.

The Faculty has a self-service machine at the entrance, next to the Porter's Office.

There is a repographic centre in the central pavilion of the Campus Montilivi.

The reprography centres  offer large-format binding and printing services.Besides selling stationery and office material, they also provide students and teachers with a set of self-service computers they can print with.

If you wish to make an order, you do not have to do so in person at the reprography centre.Access the printing portal to place your orders online and collect them later when they are ready.

Check the procedure for making photocopies.

Loans

The faculty offers students currently enrolled on studies at the centre a laptop loan service (without charger) for the subjects where teaching staff indicate these are needed.

The Faculty has 53 lockers of different sizes for its students to use:

  • 20 lockers located in the first-floor dining room
  • 33 lockers located in the east corridor of the first floor, in front of the Degree Room.

 How to request the use of one

To use them, the steps are as follows:

  1. Go to the office of the concierge for the faculty.
  2. Identify yourself using your student card.
  3. Fill in the application form you are given
