Temporarily recruit a UdG researcher

Recruit UdG university students

Many companies have benefited from the temporary incorporation of a University researcher to their R&D&I team. The companies benefit from direct access to the latest ideas, advanced thinking and the latest scientific findings from the academic world.

The researcher will work in the company's laboratories or workshops for a defined period, either part-time or full-time, according to the agreement governing the placement.

This is a great idea if you want to gain know-how in a fast and effective way. If, for example, you wanted to create a new work team within the company, start a new research line or incorporate new techniques or technologies and you need to access these new initiatives in the short term.

Once the agreed period has come to an end or the objectives have been attained, if the relationship has been satisfactory for both parties, the researcher may continue collaborating with the company as an advisor (coaching), as happens in the majority of the cases.

Get in touch with the Business Space We will reply to you and arrange an initial meeting with the scientific Campus Coordinator to specify your needs, a prior step to being able to determine the research staff who may be considered for this collaboration.
