Tutorial action plan

Assessment, support and guidance of master’s students falls to the master’s coordinator and the academic tutors’ of the Master's Thesis. The comprehensive Tutorial Action Plan (PAT) for the master's degree studies at the Faculty of Science (FC) can be consulted in the regulations . The priority tutoring actions can be consulted below:

  • Future students, upon enrolment, can request information about the master's degree at the Master’s Technical Unit and from the degrees coordinator. They will provide information about the administrative processes of pre-enrolment and enrolment and the structure, the learning objectives and the professional pathways of the master.
  • Before enrolment, a mandatory one-on-one enrolment tutorial is held with the coordinator provides information on the general structure of the course, the features of the different training subjects and objectives. Once these tutorials have finished, coordinators will activate the option for students to enrol.
  • During the first semester, the coordinator provides details of work placements and the master’s thesis, the process for the assignment of places and tutors and the signature of the corresponding agreements.
  • From the time at which the student joins the company or research group at which they perform the placement and/or the master’s thesis, the academic tutor periodically monitors the progress and learnings of the student.
