The Master in Human Resources, People Development and Employment Consultancy aims to meet the need for specialised training for professionals in charge of employment consultancy as well as the management and administration of human resources in organisations. The current proposal builds on the accumulated experience of the Master in Work, Labour Relations and Human Resources taught at the University of Girona from academic years 2010-2011 to 2022-2023. It is also the first official degree at the UdG to offer Dual Mention, which will provide students choosing this pathway to follow an academic course of study combined with a professional work contract.
