Master’s thesis

The master’s thesis allows students to demonstrate the maturity and level of scientific and technical knowledge they have acquired during their studies. It must be written, submitted and defended in front of a panel of master’s teaching staff (in the case of the dual mention, the panel will also include working professionals). The master’s degree is designed to provide additional skills to those acquired at the bachelor’s level, enabling students to prepare and publicly defend a professional or research project in the field of employment relations and human resources.

By completing a master’s thesis, students are expected to achieve the following learning outcomes:

  • Communicate ideas and proposals in writing as part of the master’s thesis.
  • Correctly use assessment tools to develop the master’s thesis.
  • Carry out the master’s thesis based on a rigorous analysis of available information and proposals with high ethical content.
  • Justify and defend proposals as part of the master’s thesis.
  • Complete the master’s thesis autonomously following a self-directed approach.
  • Make proposals in the master’s thesis that involve the use of innovative technologies.
  • Show creativity in the proposals carried out in the master’s thesis.
  • Complete the master’s thesis in a rigorous and professional manner in accordance with quality criteria.
