Terms and conditions of payment

Courses and examinations

Payment method

By direct debit to the university enrolment's bank account number or to what is provided or for TPV (with bank card of credit or debit).

Enrolment fees paid in instalments or lump sum

Activities with a cost equal to or above €450 have two payment instalments, and those below €450 are paid in a lump sum.

Payment deadline

  • Annual courses: Payment by direct debit in two deadlines:
    • 3rd week of October
    • 3rd wee of December
  • Six-monthly courses, workshops and examinations: Single payment for TPV (with bank card) during the enrolment process for the academic year and within the enrolment period established in the information on the activity (https://www.udg.edu/ca/slm/)

Conditions

The cost of the activity will not be refunded to enrolled students who fail to attend or who decide to leave. The amount paid for an activity cannot be used for offsetting enrolment payments for courses at a later period. Failure to pay within the established deadline will result in the cancellation of enrolment but will not waive the debt.
