Know La meva UdG

La intranet de la Universitat de Girona

Abans de la teva primera matrícula rebràs per correu electrònic les indicacions necessàries per obtenir el teu compte d'usuari (codi d’usuari i contrasenya) com a estudiant de la UdG. El compte d'usuari constitueix la teva identitat digital, que et permetrà accedir a la intranet La meva UdG i altres serveis en línia de la Universitat.

Què és La meva UdG

La meva UdG és la intranet de la Universitat de Girona. Des de La meva UdG podràs accedir al Moodle de les teves assignatures, a la informació del teu estudi i del teu centre, realitzar tràmits en línia, consultar les notícies que t’afecten o rebre avisos i notificacions electròniques.

La meva UdG treballa amb un disseny responsiu que permet ser consultada tant des d’ordinadors de sobretaula com des de telèfons mòbils o tauletes.

A Google Play i a l’Apple Store trobaràs l’aplicació mòbil del Moodle de la UdG. Aquesta aplicació et permetrà seguir el dia a dia de les teves assignatures des del teu telèfon o tauleta, consultar les notes, fer lliuraments de tasques o rebre avisos dels teus professors. T’aconsellem que la instal·lis per estar informat/ada al minut del que passa a les teves assignatures.

Com s'accedeix a La meva UdG

To access the intranet from the web of the UdG only you have to follow these two simple steps:

1. It clicked about La meva UdG, in the menu superior of any page of the web of the UdG.

2. Enter your user code and your digital identity password in the identification screen.

You can also access the Intranet directly by going to the address https://lameva.udg.edu and identifying yourself with your user code and your digital identity password.

The first time you access La meva UdG, we recommend that you go to the digital identity management page (Staff > digital Identity) and activate the password reminder. 

It is also advisable to have a digital certificate, such as the idCAT. Digital certificates are valid methods of identification in La Meva UdG, and in the event of losing or forgetting your password you can use them to generate a new one. You will also require a digital certificate to access to certain services, such as the UdG Electronic Registry.

When you enter to La meva UdG you will find the news that they affect you depending on the centre and the study where you have registered yourself. You will also find direct accesses to your subjects, in your centre, in the Library... 

If you want, you will be able personalising the outstanding links of the page of beginning and the format of the accessing news to "Personalise La meva UdG".

You will find the following menus there:

  • Inici (the house icon): to go to the home page of La meva UdG or to the pages of the teaching centre/s where you are studying.
  • Docència: To go to the page of your subjects, the degree or qualifications you are enrolled on and your courses (if you have enrolled on any Modern Language Service or Sports Service courses, or if your centre offers basic courses for any subjects or tutorials for first-year students).
  • Personal: Here you will be able to see the electronic notifications you receive. By clicking on "Expedient" (Academic record) you will access the Online Office of the Secretary, the academic record and enrolment application where you will be able to see your academic record, carry out online procedures and manage your enrolment.
  • Serveis: Here you will find the information the different University services offer members of the university community.
  • Govern: From the government menu you will be able to take part in the governing of the University by accessing the electronic ballot boxes and the information that the different government organs provide for the university community.
  • Dreceres: In the Shortcuts menu you will find direct accesses to the applications search engine, to where to change the password, to your email (if you use an account provided by the UdG) and to the working groups in which you take part.
