* Consult the table of certificates or titles of valid languages of English, French or German level.
* Consult the list of valid accepted certificates proving level of Catalan.
In the case of English and French:
If you have sat the entrance exams in 2019, 2020 or 2021, you can also attach the certificate of the results, which shows the grade awarded for a foreign language. The equivalences established with the PAU entrance exam language test is as follows:
STEP 1: REGISTER FOR THE PLACEMENT TEST Register for the virtual placement test (English, Catalan, French or German) at this link: placement test. Choose the language test you are interested in and click on "Enrolment" (at the end of this information).
STEP 2: REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE TEST Request the date and time to take the test at this link: test appointment. Once you have done the test, you will receive an automatic email of the time reserved with a link to the online interview (Catalan, French and German). In the case of English, some minutes before the test you will receive the link for the interview in your email.
STEP 3: ONLINE ENROLMENT Once you have done the placement test, you will receive an email telling you that you can now enrol in the group at the recommended level. To self-enrol, go to this link: online enrolment.
You do not need to sit a placement test if you wish to enrol on a level A1 course for any language or an A2 Catalan course. You can self enrol for this course directly.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link for accessing a web page where you can enrol on our courses. To do this, follow steps 2 or 3, depending on the situation you are in.
A couple of days after you enrol you will receive an email notification of your definitive UdG user account.
The placement tests will be taken online. They consist of an oral interview and, in some cases, of answers to a few grammatical questionnaires.
You will need to follow these steps if you wish to take a placement test:
