This goal includes the development of new games technologies in several areas such as the modelling, displaying and interacting, to represent richer virtual environments, new user interfaces and an improved immersion that maximises the sense of presence.The advances developed in this field will allow a better incorporation virtual-reality technologies and virtual reality into serious games.
2.Developing new personalised creation tools for creating automated interactive content
The goal is to develop tools specially aimed at non-expert users which can be used in several platforms and environments.These tools are expected to enable a creation of faster and simpler content, by improving reuse of content and managing large amounts of data (for example, procedural modelling).
3.Developing solutions in sectors such as education, health and industry
The project will develop teaching aids for the new proposed techniques with the aim of discovering new interactive-technology ER and VR applications, in sectors where they are not dominant.The applications will be mainly aimed at education, health and industry sectors.
