Master's degrees are aimed at training professionals with an integrated and interdisciplinary vision of natural heritage conservation capable of approaching its valuation and management from a holistic approach. The study’s specific goals are as follows: To convey fundamental and regulatory concepts relating to natural heritage. To convey the necessary expertise for identifying unique natural-heritage elements and assess their conservation needs. To provide practical training in natural-heritage identification, cataloguing, valuation, management and dissemination methodologies. To provide the skills for designing and implementing natural-heritage protection, restoration and conservation projects. To give students an introduction to working environments and given them the skills for applying the knowledge acquired from the master's degree to real professional situations.
