of the Research Group

The Childhood and Youth group: Socio-educational and community action (IJASC) works to improve, to innovate and to transform the educational and socio-educational practices so that they can drive towards a fairer and equitable society, affecting the new generations and in the persons that accompany them. It attends to situations both in the general population and those of vulnerability that children, young people and their families may suffer, from an inclusive, cohesive and empowering educational and community perspective. The research is oriented towards citizen participation, both in terms of content and methodology and impact. There are 5 lines of work: a) Youth, education and society, b) Family, school and community relations, c) Community, participation and community development, d) Childhood and youth in vulnerable situations, and e) Educational and socio-educational support for children and youth.The results are disseminated in impact publications, conferences, and transfer activities.
