Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
This SGR consolidated research group is made up of researchers from four different research groups with a long career, in some cases more than 20 years of experience in research and transfer projects in education, childhood, youth and community development. The group is also made up of industrial doctoral degree students and pre-doctoral researchers.
As members of the group we have led and taken part in competitive national, state and international projects. We have complemented that research with range of transfer actions with the intention of working for the social transformation of our context, from a socio-educational as well as a psycho-social and community perspective. Likewise we belong to a number of associations and scientific networks with similar objectives to those of the research group.
