Access to these activities is prioritised for students at the Faculty of Tourism.
Foreach lecture it is stated whether it can also be attended by other students of the University of Girona, or persons from outside the entity who are interested in the subject matter of the session.
To access the activities you will need to satisfy their access requirements.
If you meet them, contact the person responsible for theevent so they can confirm whether or not there is seating available.
If the session is online, you will need to give at least 30 minutes’ notice before the start of the event.
Limited places.A few minutes before it tarts, you will be given an access code for the event.
Rules of conduct and participation:
We ask attendees in all cases to keep quiet and later take part in the question-and-answer sessions at the allocated part of the lecture, as stated at the start of each session.
As for online lectures, we ask all attendees to mute their microphones. You are not allowed to take screenshots of the material displayed in the sessions as we have to keep maintain the confidentiality of the contents shown.
Attending the sessions that we organise implies respecting these rules of conduct.
