What do I have to do if I have forgotten my username or password?

If you have forgotten your user code or password, use one of these options:

  1. Restart your password identifying yourself using the Other authentication methods option.This option requires you to have one of the following digital-identification methods: IDCat, IDCat mòbil, recognised digital certificate, DNIe, Cl@ave, EIDAS (European citizens) or any other method of identification accepted by the Catalan Open Administration.

  2. Use the user reminder or password reminder.
  3. Students, administrative and service staff (PDI) and teaching and research staff (PTGAS) can contact their CSU unit if the self-service procedure (points 1 and 2) cannot be used.
