I haven't used Moodle much. Where do I start?

Don't worry. In this video, we explain how to access Moodle, its basic structure and what you need to know to be able to manage your subject correctly:

  • Accessing your subject in Moodle.

  • Launching in edit mode to make the changes you want.

  • Adding new topics.

  • Adding resources and activities.

Video on basic functioning

Tip: If you also did the same subject last year and used Moodle, you can import all the content to this year's subject. You can find out how to do it in this video.

Do you want to go one step further?

To start with, all Moodle subjects look similar. It's a good idea to personalise your subject with an image in the header to distinguish it from other subjects and help students work out where they are. Discover how to do this (and one or two other things) in this video.
