Programme "From Science to Market"

The University of Barcelona, the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the Pompeu Fabra University and the University of Girona, organise "From Science to Market", a training programme designed to foster the transfer of knowledge and scientific entrepreneurship through tools for skills acquisition in innovation and entrepreneurship.

This initiative comes within the framework of the First Pre-acceleration Programme by the Catalan Ministry for Business and Employment, with joint funding from the European Social Fund Plus.

The programme is aimed at students on Master’s and doctoral degrees at the universities who wish to explore the possibility of creating a company resulting from their research, knowledge or idea.

The programme will consist of more than 100 hours of lectures and up to 10 hours of individual tutorial time with professional experts in the sector, between 16 September and December 202, between 10 am and 1 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The training will mainly be in Catalan and Spanish.There may occasionally be sessions in English.

Lectures mainly on-site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (66% of sessions) at the StartUB Lab Satèl·lit (Av. Diagonal 696 · Faculty of Economics and Business · Barcelona) and online on Thursdays (33% of the sessions) via the TEAMS platform (times to be confirmed).
