Generation of CVs

CVN and CVA

The Gerió allows three types of curriculum vitae (CV) to be generated depending on the purpose:

  • Public: displayed as a downloadable file in the researcher's profile on the UdG Research Portal.
  • Private: can be exported in PDF format to be shared freely.
  • FECYT models: includes the CVN (Standardised) and CVA (Abbreviated) variants.

You can create any of these CVs from the ‘My CVs’ menu and clicking on the ‘+’ icon.

FECYT models

In accordance with FECYT models, the CV editor will ask you which format you want to create your CV in: CVN (standard) or CVA (abbreviated, 4 pages), aimed at the AEI or for the ISCIII.The CV can be generated in Catalan, Spanish or English. We must take into account, however, that Gerion does not allow us to mark the period of records we want to incorporate into the CVN; this is a limitation that we are trying to solve as soon as possible.

Customisation of the CVA model

Given the space limitations on the abbreviated template (CVA), you can select which specific entries you want to appear. You can do this using the ‘Selected CVA content option in your profile editor.
