Xavier Castells

I am a doctor specialising in clinical pharmacology and have a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.I am senior lecturer at the University of Girona and the head of the TransLab research group.I investigate and develop methods and tools that facilitate assessments of benefit-risk relationships of medicines and patient participation in medical decision-making.

Alberto Zamora

I am a doctor specialising in Internal Medicine.I am currently carrying out the duties of Director of Research-Innovation and Teaching and Coordinator of Lipids and Vascular-Risk Unit at the Maresme and La Selva Health Corporation.I have a PhD from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili and I am an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Girona's Faculty of Medicine.My research lines are: Familial Hypercholesterolaemia; studying genetic dislipidemias through Real-World; developing Decision-Making Help Systems and assessing health APPs.
