We are UdG research group that researches and develops methods for facilitating the transfer of scientific knowledge to clinical practice. This general goal is divided into the following specific goals:

  • Researching methods for transferring clinical research results to clinical practice and taking decisions in health through assessments of scientific evidence.
  • Developing tools for helping to take systematic decisions in disease diagnoses, therapeutics and prevention and with the best scientific evidence available by turning evidence into recommendations and facilitating access to the recommendations generated.
  • Studying the determining factors for decision making sanitary through assessments of the adaptation of clinical practice to the recommendations and identifying the barriers facilitators and facilitators of the process for the recommendations’ adoption by of the professionals who have to apply them.
  • Identifying risk and prognosis factors of health problems.

Our research lines are:

  • Digital health (E-health) in clinical pharmacology
  • Pneumology
