Change of studies

Bachelor's degree

Students on a bachelor’s degree course at the UdG that shares the minimum number of 30 credits with another UdG bachelor’s degree course will be able to request the transfer of their academic record to this second course, provided they have passed all the common first-year credits.

Who

To do so, the students must have started a bachelor's degree course at the UdG and must have passed all the first-year credits shared with the degree to which admission is being requested.

Where

The application must be submitted online, through the UdG Online Secretary's Office.

When

The application period is 15 to 30 June.

How?

To formalise the application, you must access the “Procedures” section of the Virtual Secretary’s Office, to start the formality "Change of degree", following the instructions in screen.

Given that applicants are from current UdG students, no documentation needs to be shown.

Price

To process the application, you must pay the public price for the study of the academic record. If the resolution is positive, you must pay the public price for academic record transfer.

Who

The admission of students via change of studies is settled by rector’s resolution.

When

All applications will be resolved by 10 July.

Should the number of admission applications that meet the minimum requirements established be lower than the number of places available, all applicants will be given a place.

Otherwise, applicants' academic records will be ordered according to the average mark and places assigned according to the number of places available.

Applicants who are not allocated a place will remain on the waiting list in the order established in this process.

The places allocated will be published the day after the decision is made by the teaching centres of the degrees involved.

How?

Once the procedure has been completed, the student will receive an electronic notification with a link to the resolution of the application.

The students allocated a place must enrol on the stipulated dates for first-preference new access students in July.
