I graduated in Biology from the University of Girona, specialising in Organisms and Systems, and later completed my studies as a marine biologist with a Masters in Oceanography and Marine Environmental Management from the University of Barcelona. I am currently working on my PhD in the Environment programme, focusing on the lipid content, especially the fatty acid content, of certain fish species such as round sardinella, Atlantic chub mackerel, Mediterranean horse mackerel, and blue whiting.
