The laboratory develops training activities related to attachment theory, the application of assessment tools for the attachment system in children, adolescents and adults, and study and intervention protocols.Training is offered in the protocols and instruments designed by the Laboratory for Affective Bonding and Human Development, as well as case supervision from the perspective of attachment theory.

▸ Parenting programmes and microanalytical analysis of interaction to improve attachment in child protection contexts
The laboratory has designed the group programme "Ten Ways to Tell You That I Love You" (promoted by DipSalut), aimed at parents with children aged 0-3 years to promote secure attachment, quality interactions and positive parenting.Currently, work is underway to adapt this programme for families with children in the child protection system, especially in potential reunification and foster care processes.In addition, the laboratory has developed the CIPAS observation scale (proprietary design) for the microanalytic analysis of parent-child interactions on a daily basis. This scale is used as the basis for individual treatments to improve secure attachment in clinical and child protection settings.Both resources are integrated into a video feedback programme with a theoretical framework based on Attachment Theory, Developmental Psychology and the psychodynamic perspective.

Neurobiological markers are developed using electroencephalography (EEG), neuroimaging techniques (structural and functional magnetic resonance) and other physiological measures, combined with cognitive neuroscience tools and advanced data analysis (methods of decoding and multivariate pattern analysis, MVPA).These enable processes related to mental health, personality, and well-being to be detected and monitored, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.The laboratory participates in research projects and clinical trials in the field of addictions (problematic use of social networks, pathological gambling, and substance use), chronic pain, and neurological disorders (epilepsy, stroke).
