If you are unable to attend the session, cancel it as soon as possible, so another student can take your place.Students who fail to comply may have restricted access to new enquiries.

  • Do the sessions cost anything?

No, the service is free for all UdG students.

  • Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, everything you tell us is confidential, except in cases where we are obliged by law: situations that put your life, your integrity or that of other persons at risk.

  • How far in advance do I need to arrange the visit?

Visiting periods are open and are kept open up to an hour before they start.

  • What’s the maximum number of sessions I can ask for?

There is no limit.

  • If I have to reschedule or cancel a visit, how do I do it?

It’s really easy!Simply go to the automatic email you got when you requested it and press the button for rescheduling or cancelling it.
