A poor diet may mean we don’t have an optimum state of health and that if we become ill our body may not respond in the most suitable way.

Since it's important to follow a good diet, both for routine and to promote healthy habits, below you will find some recommendations and advice as well as some ideas for planning a healthy menu or recipes.
