(G)Innova is a unique Youth Guarantee Programme promoted by the UdG in collaboration with Facility Serveis, aimed at 45 university graduates from Girona’s counties, on gender-equality terms.
The programme aims to help its participants to find work and provides professional guidance and entrepreneurship initiatives, 50-hour training in a choice of Strategic digital marketing or Financial planning and investment strategy and also provides for prospectors to connect the needs of the enterprises’ jobs with the individuals on the programme.
