(G)Innova is a unique Youth Guarantee Programme promoted by the UdG in collaboration with Aenteg (Girona Association of New Technology Enterprises) and PIMEC (Catalan Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) aimed at 60 university graduates from the Girona’s counties, on gender-equality terms.

The programme aims to help its participants to find work and provides professional professional guidance and entrepreneurship initiatives, 50 hr training in a choice of Strategic digital marketing or Financial planning and investment strategy and also provides prospectors to connect the enterprises’ job needs with the young people on the programme.
