Other services

Being part of the Alumni community only has advantages!

Doing theatre means playing, feeling, creating, listening, exploring, connecting, being excited, excelling... If you like the performing arts and you've always wanted to do them, come along to the UdG Theatre Classroom and have fun doing theatre with UdG students and alumni.

Acting classes through improvisation and body-expression and interpretation exercises. A show will also be prepared for the end of the course.

Services offered by the Library:

  • Consultation of reference material in the free-access bibliographical collection
  • Loan of a maximum of 10 documents, for 21 days, renewable provided there is no reservation*
  • Access to the Digital Library from the Library computers
  • Service for obtaining documents from other institutions (subjected to fees)
  • Printing and reprographics service
  • Personalised advice on the use of the resources and services

*Documents that form part of the recommended bibliography are excluded from this loan service

  • Continuing as members of the Sports Service with the same annual fee that applies to students.
  • Access to the sports facilities with Alumni ID card.
  • Signing up for different activities organised by the Sports Service over the course of the year.

The UdG Modern Languages Service offers:

  • Courses and fees with special rates for Alumni.
  • Calls of official examinations with institutional recognition.
  • Babel Project, together with the UdG Library.
    • Self-access learning rooms, equipped with computers from which specific software can be accessed.
    • Headphones to use with any of the computers in the three UdG libraries.
    • Classrooms for language meetings, for doing small group classes.

The UdG Foundation: Innovation and Education is putting a 5% discount at your disposal on enrolment fees for master’s degrees, specialisation diplomas, expert (postgraduate) diplomas and specialisation courses.

 

 

Eduroam (short for education roaming) is the global safe mobility service for the academic and research community. The service enables students, alumni, researchers and staff from the participating institutions to have access towireless Internet on their own campus and in other institutions that participate in the eduroam initiative.
