The project's main objective is to analyse the role played by lawyers and transnational legal organisations in launching initiatives and platforms that denounced both political repression and the violation of fundamental rights during the Francoist dictatorship.It therefore aims to document a political and professional commitment to promoting the defence of Human Rights and the idea of global and democratic justice.
