The University of Girona is committed to the culture of peace.This institution considers that only dialogue and negotiation are the path to resolving conflicts, whatever type they are.
For this reason, the aim of this space is to offer clear and rigorous information on the main armed conflicts and active humanitarian crises, with the hope of contributing to the awareness, reflection and construction of a more committed global citizenship.In the current international scenario, the defence of peace is essential to move forward in terms of social justice and respect for human rights, and requires determined institutional, collective and personal actions.
The UdG is now working, as it has always worked, for a more democratic and freer world governed by the values of humanism in peace and prosperity.
