Master in Business Economics

Learning objectives

The main objective of the Master’s Degree in Business Economics is to offer comprehensive education in all aspects of a business organisation paying attention to how it fits into a complex society and a global and changing world. Particular attention is paid to the development of corporate strategies and management of functional domains (marketing, finance, accounting, production and logistics, innovation, staff and organisation).

There are two pathways to choose from: a professional pathway and a research pathway. The professional pathway enables students to take on senior management roles in companies in different areas of operations. The knowledge acquired on the research pathway will enable the student to prepare a research project in the sphere of economics and business. In both pathways, students of the Master's degree will achieve a specific profile that includes very specialised skills.
