Students who consider, through their work or professional activity, that they have achieved the established skills for external placements can request the exemption such placements.

The recognition of the professional activity can exempt of the realisation of the stay of practicals but not of the enrolment of the subject, the tutorage and the evaluation and, therefore, of the elaboration of the memory of practicals (plan of improvement) that will be the basis for the qualification of the subject.In order to be assessed, students must submit the improvement project within the established timetable.

Because of that it be necessary to show the attached application duly filled in. To make it it be necessary to go to the section Formalities of your report of "La meva UdG". Choosing the formality  “Application to the administration” and carrying out the subformality Practicals. In the application it be necessary to attach: contract of employment, work life, certificate of tasks issued by the responsible for the company and the project of improvement of a page.

If the Administration solved favourably the application will be assigned a tutor of the Faculty of Law. 

The Academic Office of the Secretary of the FD will be in charge of communicating the student the decision and of proceeding to formalising the enrolment of the subject (if it is not already registered).
