Optimising processes and productivity

High-Speed Machination (HSM), Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Manufacturing (RM), sheet metal straightening, bending and deep drawing, processes with ultrasounds, control of accuracy and surface roughness, sensorisation of machinery, monitoring of processes, diagnosis and control.

General technologies and process control

CAPP systems, Computer Aided Process Planning , PPC system, Production Planning Control , and the integration of both.

Management systems

Management of quality, the environment and health and safety at work; Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS, ISO 45001; Lean Manufacturing Sustainability, Circular Economy.

Product design

Specifications, DFM, Design for Manufacturing , DFA, Design for Assembly , DFMA, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly , DFE, Design for Environment or Ecodesign systems.

Environmentally sensitive production

Control, reduction and management of environmental impact, LCA, Life-Cycle Analysis , reuse, recycling and recovery of components, spare materials, shaving, surpluses and waste of the productive process.
