L’estudi forma part d’un contracte de col·laboració científica entre l’Ajuntament de Calella i l’Institut de Recerca Educativa de la Universitat de Girona. En el marc de l’estudi es van avaluar les polítiques socioculturals de l’Ajuntament de Calella per detectar-ne els punts forts i els punts febles, i es van fer propostes d’acció per a la millora d’aquestes polítiques.
