Aquestes Jornades bianuals estan pensades per ser un espai de trobada adreçada a professionals i estudiants de l’àmbit de l’educació i la salut, per a viure i pensar sobre què és el moviment. Experimentar i reflexionar sobre la necessitat de tenir espai i temps per desenvolupar el moviment sa.

These biannual Conferences are intended to be a meeting place for professionals and students in the field of education and health, to live and think about what is the movement. To experience and reflect on the need to have time and space to develop the healthy movement.

Objectius:`

• Introduir-nos en el coneixement de les bases neuro-científiques aplicades a la comprensió del moviment.
• Experimentar a través dels diferents llenguatges la percepció conscient del moviment.
• Qüestionar-nos sobre el context emocional on situem l’excés i/o la falta de moviment.
• Obrir un espai d’intercanvi que ens permeti contrastar i relacionar.

Objectives:

• To introduce ourselves in the knowledge of the neuro-scientific bases applied to the understanding of the movement.
• Experience through the different languages the conscious perception of the movement.
• Ask us about the emotional context in which are excessive and/or lack of movement.
• Open space for Exchange that enables us to compare and relate.
