Political communication includes the framework of dialogue between the public and institutions. From the local level, city councils, to county councils, provincial councils, the Government of Catalonia, the Spanish Government and European and international institutions. It also includes strategies for achieving political objectives, particularly the highest possible number of votes. Communication allows you to work with political parties, the media, political consultancies, and institutions.

Public opinion focuses on the analysis of how debates, feelings and arguments are shaped between the masses and political elites at a specific point in time. The mentalities of a specific era and of the present day are shaped by a dialogue between the public, social media, public media and institutions. The various social, economic, political and cultural power groups seek to gain primacy for their own arguments in the eyes of public opinion.
