Find out about bachelor's degrees, postgraduate courses and all the educational courses offered by the UdG.
Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
Each area, service and unit has a CSU (user support centre) where IT specialists handle incidents and requests arising from the service.

The file management and communication tools that we use are, basically, applications in Microsoft’s Office 365 package.
To access the whole Office 365 suite and all other Microsoft functions (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)you will always have to identify yourself with your UdG credentials in the format uxxxxxxx@udg.edu.

Besides the mandatory courses that you will have to take, in La meva UdG you will also find a repository of user manuals: Office 365 Manuals We recommend you that you access these and read them and watch the videos, the sooner the better.
To be able to use the printers in your place of work, you will have to register to get a user code for the service.
Register for the printing service → Justprint register
During the registration process you will be asked for a user code; you need to use the same one you have as PTGAS at the university, but without the initial ‘u’.Example: if your UdG user code is u3006666, to register with the printing service you need to use the code 3006666.
When the system asks you for an email address, you need to use your UdG email address with the domain @udg.edu.
Once you have registered with the service you need to get in touch with the person in charge of our service and get them to register you with the unit.
