4.9 Conveni d’1 d’abril de 1996, de col·laboració cientificotècnica entre la Universitat de Girona i l’empresa Casademont, SA, per tal que el grup de recerca dirigit pel professor Emili Montesinos, de la Unitat de Tecnologia Agroalimentària del Departament d’Enginyeria Química, Agrària i Tecnologia Agroalimentària (EOATA) de la Universitat de Girona, realitzi l’assessorament necessari per realitzar l’optimització de la tècnica de control microbiològic per impedància de productes carnis cuits.
