4.23 Conveni d'1 de desembre de 1994, entre l'empresa Distiller, SA, l'Ajuntament de Santa Perpètua de Mogoda i la Universitat de Girona, per tal que el Departament d'Enginyeria Química, Agrària i Tecnologia Agroalimentària de la Universitat de Girona, per mitjà del Laboratori d'Enginyeria Química i Ambiental, realitzi un estudi d'impacte ambiental en relació a l'activitat que l'empresa Distiller desenvolupa, consistent en la recuperació de dissolvents.
