5.5 Conveni de 28 d'abril de 1994, de col·laboració entre Progrup i la Universitat de Girona, amb l'objectiu d'estudiar l'estructura sòcio-econòmica de l'àrea urbana de Girona ciutat i la seva àrea d'influència, referida en el marc dels assentaments urbans i els serveis immobiliaris, per poder plantejar quina és la perspectiva de la "Girona i el futur". Aquest treball serà responsabilitat del Departament de Geografia, Història i Història de l'Art i serà coordinat per la professora de la Universitat de Girona Margarida Castañer i per l'arquitecte Joaquim Bover.
