Master in Tort Law

Learning objectives

The University Master's Degree programme in Tort Law offered by the University of Girona is aimed at providing an advanced legal education in the fields most directly linked to the civil liability. It has two specialities, one in Private law of contractual and tortious liability, and the other in Foundations for the analysis of private law; both provide the skills for accessing doctoral degrees. The proposal offers education in European and comparative private law, indispensable for any researcher specialising in private law, and in the foundations of the private law, essential for anyone wishing to pursue an academic career linked to research in philosophy of private law.
