Master in Advocacy and Representation

Learning objectives

The main aim behind this master's degree is to improve the professional skills of graduates who wish to practise law as barristers and solicitors in the future, to the extent that they set themselves up as collaborators in the administration of justice. This way citizens can be guaranteed access to advice, a legal defence and high-quality representation, in full compliance with the right to effective legal protection, as recognised in Art. 24 CE.

This master's degree is meant to train law graduates in the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for working as barristers and, in particular, acquiring and developing the skills, competencies, attitudes and knowledge that will enable them to practise the profession of barrister, in accordance with the ethical and statutory rules.
