Line of research: Treatment of gases and of bioconversion of carbon dioxide

Study of advanced adsorption processes for gas capture and purification.Research and development of electro-microbial technologies and fermentation processes for the bioconversion of carbon dioxide into biofuels and other value-added products.This line of research has applications in the fields of biogas purification, carbon dioxide capture and utilisation (CCU), energy efficiency, renewable energies and the improvement of indoor air quality.
