Improving communal life in educational centres constitutes a shared challenge, in which the teaching staff, the students, the families and the other social agents must participate.The key to progress lies in the collective’s involvement and unity of action and in the planning and implementation of coordinated and complementary initiatives from the various areas of intervention.The larger the number of professionals involved, the more homogeneous the intervention criteria and greater possibility for achieving the expected results.By the same token, where most have an attitude of disenchantment or indifference or where the action criteria are unclear or applied erratically, any work carried out by a reduced core is of little use.
