Area of research: Transport phenomena in fluid engineering

Study of the behaviour of fluids through computer simulation tools.Development of mathematical models to describe fluid dynamics.Design and optimisation of machinery and industrial systems that use fluids in their operation.Thus, rollers of centrifugal pumps are analysed, simulated and designed, the energy efficiency of hydraulic turbines is studied, etc.Analysis of distribution networks of liquids and gases as well as auxiliary elements such as, for example, filtration elements.Optimization of the external aerodynamics of vehicles and industrial facilities, especially focused on improvement in energetic efficiency.
