Studying the climatology of cloud cover and insolation, from a local to a continental scale, using surface observations and satellite data.Equally, we are working on the characterisation of clouds and the atmospheric aerosol particles.The effects of clouds and aerosol on the solar spectrum, especially ultraviolet, and the long wave band, are studied with techniques based on both measurements and modelisation.
