Orientation & Welcoming Day

For exchange/mobility students

Information

Orientation and Welcoming (O&W) day has been designed thinking for exchange/mobility students. International degree seeking students studying in Bachelor degree programmes are asked to contact the Student Information and Advice Centre (CIAE) . Those interested in a master degree should contact with the Postgraduate Unit.

O&W session about administrative procedures and UdG services followed by a Campus  Tour + Guided visit to the old town in the afternoon! Here you have the timetable:

O&W: Welcome Days - 1st SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/27 (you can choose english or spanish language): 

Date: Monday, 07/09/2026 - TO BE CONFIRMED. Session in english

Schedule: 09.15h-11.00h (Introduction session) 11.00h-11.45h (coffee break)12.00h-13.00h (Campus Tour & visit to the Sport Service)
Place: To be confirmed 

16.00h-18.00h: Guided visit to the Old Town (visiting Campus Barri Vell) 

Date: Tuesday, 08/09/2026 - TO BE CONFIRMED. Session in spanish

ONLINE WELCOME SESSION: September 2026, to be confirmed. Only if enough enroled students. Intended for students who have informed that are not able to attend the physical Welcome Days. To register, write to incoming.oi@udg.edu

Because you can get information about:

  • How to get the UdG student´s card (necessary for library and IT services)
  • Date of the Faculty sessions for academic issues
  • Sport Information
  • Language courses
  • Leisure time and cultural activities aimed at exchange/mobility students
  • Lodging/accommodations
  • Other practical information
    • IMPORTANT: if you can not attend the O&W Day  please contact with the International Office (incoming.oi@udg.edu )
