Orientation & Welcoming Day

For exchange/mobility students

Information

O&W day has been designed thinking for exchange/mobility students. International degree seeking students studying in Bachelor degree programmes are asked to contact the Student Information and Advice Centre (CIAE) . Those interested in a master degree should contact with the PostgraduateUnit .

First semester

Second semester

Date: 20/01/2020
Hour: 09.30h-11.00h
Place: FACULTY OF ECONOMICS (CAMPUS MONTILIVI)

General schedule

From 09.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.: Orientation session about administrative procedures and UdG services

  • How to get the UdG student´s card (necessary for library and IT services)
  • Date of the Faculty sessions for academic issues
  • Sport Information
  • Language courses
  • Leisure time and cultural activities aimed at exchange/mobility students
  • Lodging/accommodations
  • Campus tour with ESN students
  • Other practical information

* 15.00h to 17.00 h.: Guided walking tour.

(*) This activity is also part of the Introductory Course on Catalan Language and Culture.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PARTICIPANTS IN THE ORIENTATION SESSION ARE ASKED TO BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

  • Identity card or passport (+1 photocopies)
  • European health insurance card or Private health insurance(+1 photocopy)

IMPORTANT: if you can not attend the Orientation Session, please contact with the Oficina de Relacions Exteriors (incoming.ore@udg.edu ) to communicate the day of your arrival in order to make an appointment
